¡ï Participation Fees:
- Standard Booths: 9 sq. m. (3m ¡Á 3m)
- Domestic enterprises: RMB11800/Booth
- Overseas enterprises: USD3,800/Booth
Each standard booth consists of a show area, 2.5m high partitions, 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, booth lighting, carpet, and fascia board.
- Indoor Raw Space: (Minimum 36 sq. m.)
- Domestic enterprises: RMB 1,200/Sq.m.
- Overseas enterprises: USD 380/Sq.m.
The raw space fee consists of a show area, carpet, security and booth cleaning service.
Exhibition service fee: Each attendee is charged RMB500yuan for exhibition material, exhibitor¡¯s badge, lunches, drinks and souvenirs, etc.
¡ïParticipation Procedures:
- Please fill out the Application Form carefully with the signature of the person in
charge and official seal, then submit it by mail or fax to the Organizing Committee.
- After confirmation by the Organizing Committee, the exhibitor shall remit the
participation fee to the Organizing Committee according to regulations.
- Upon receipt of the participation fee, the Organizing Committee will allocate booths on the basis of exhibition principle, send the Exhibitor¡¯s Regulations and notify the relevant arrangements.
- Please read the Exhibitor¡¯s Regulations carefully. The allocation of booths is
based on the principle of ¡°first-come-first-served¡± in terms of application and payment.
¡ï Payment Regulations:
- Please make the fees payable 50% as deposit to the Organizing Committee within 7 days after application. A 20 % surcharge will be levied for reservation of booths with 2 facades.
- If the exhibitor fails to effect the payment within 7 days, the Organizing Committee shall not reserve the booth.
- The balance of the fees shall be settled before February10, 2009. Otherwise, the Organizing Committee will deem the exhibitor waiving the reservation.
The exhibitor shall make a lump sum of payment afterFebruary10, 2009.
